Lockey Hydraulic Gate Closer (Black) - TB175B

The Garden Gate Closer gently closes gates up to 110 lbs. and 54" and is compatible with vinyl, wood, and metal gates. It is a flush mount closer and can be mounted on the top, middle, or bottom of the gate and should be installed on the hinge/pull side of the gate, but it works best on gates with in-line or flush hinges and should be installed close to the gate's pivot point. In order to maintain Garden Gate Closer's product warranty, a gate stop must be installed. The closing speed can be adjusted, the opening pressure varies based on gate size, and it features a hold open function.

• Covers: Manufacturer defects in hydraulic operation.
• Does Not Cover: Vandalism, incorrect installation, and usage outside the recommended temperature range (15 degrees F to 100 degrees F).
• Important: Installation must limit gate opening to 90 degrees or less using gate stops. Units installed on spring-tensioned gates are not covered.
