In fail-close mode, the keep remains securely locked when power is lost, preventing unauthorized entry. This elegant built-in electric keep installs flush into the post using the patented Click-It system and is compatible with Fortylock, Fiftylock, and Sixtylock insert locks. Made from corrosion-resistant black anodized aluminum in RAL 9005 Jet Black, it withstands 660 lbs of pressure on the latch bolt and provides a deep 11/16" closure. Easy left- or right-hand changing and a mechanical override option add installation flexibility.
